About the role
The Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our hotel. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through their stay, providing local insights, and handling operational needs with a friendly, professional attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services during arrival and departure.
- Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
