Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) – Multilingual (Russian/Italian/Spanish)

About the role

As a Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our hotel in West Crescent, Dubai. You will create memorable first and last impressions by delivering personalized service and guiding guests through their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options in Russian, Italian, or Spanish.
• Process operational needs such as room assignments, key issuance, and departure procedures.
• Complete daily reports and document guest requests accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the lobby and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Italian, Spanish.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• No prior experience or supervisory background required.
