Well Testing, Stimulation and UBCTD Supervisor

About the role

The Well Testing, Stimulation and UBCTD Supervisor acts as SNOC's on‑site representative, overseeing safe, cost‑effective execution of UBCTD, well testing and stimulation activities. The role ensures compliance with SNOC HSE policies, programme objectives and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑mobilisation testing and audit contractor equipment and procedures.
• Accountable for all personnel on‑site, acting as the primary safety leader.
• Manage UBCTD, well testing and stimulation operations to meet safety, cost and programme goals.
• Implement and enforce SNOC and contractor HSE standards, investigate incidents and support field audits.
• Coordinate logistics, personnel planning and daily activity reporting, including NPT capture.
• Review and approve contractor work instructions, ensure equipment conformity to well‑control standards.
• Mentor less‑experienced team members and oversee emergency preparedness drills.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of drilling, workover, well services or intervention experience, with at least 5 years supervising UBCTD operations.
• Current IWCF Level 4 certification (minimum).
• Strong HSE leadership, hands‑on attitude and excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with major oil operators or contractors, H2S environments, tight and depleted reservoirs.
