Wellbeing Associate Specialist

About the role

The Wellbeing Associate Specialist supports the Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Manager in delivering staff welfare programmes at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. This full‑time position is open to UAE nationals and focuses on charity initiatives, staff raffles, Umra trip coordination and turnover reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review charity‑related requests, verify required documents and prepare employee profiles for committee review.
• Execute charity committee decisions, including communications, document collection and payment processing.
• Organise staff wellbeing draws and raffles, preparing approvals, extracting data, conducting the draw and distributing rewards.
• Manage the Umra Trip programme: source vendors, announce the programme, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, communicate with participants and arrange visa requirements.
• Prepare quarterly turnover and employee experience reports, analyse data and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• UAE national with at least 24 months of relevant HR or employee wellbeing experience.
• Strong attention to detail for document verification and data preparation.
• Ability to coordinate events, manage vendor relationships and communicate effectively with staff.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and presenting insights to management.
