Wellness Studio Administrator / Coach

About the role

ELYFLEX, a modern wellness and recovery studio in Business Bay, is looking for a proactive Wellness Studio Administrator / Coach. The role blends front‑desk client care, studio administration, and the delivery of wellness sessions after comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and ensure a friendly, professional studio environment.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone to manage bookings, confirmations, reminders and follow‑ups.
• Explain the ELYFLEX wellness concept and session process clearly.
• Prepare and conduct wellness sessions after completing full training.
• Maintain client records, manage the booking system and process payments for individual sessions and packages.
• Follow all operating and safety procedures and keep the studio organised and presentable.
• Convert first‑time visits into repeat sessions and packages through follow‑up and relationship building.
• Generate new client leads through personal contacts, referrals, nearby offices and local businesses.

Required profile

• Energetic, responsible and client‑oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
• Good conversational English and a confident, professional communication style.
• Comfortable working directly with clients in a wellness and body‑care environment.
• Proactive, punctual, organised and able to work weekends and flexible studio hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for client communication.
• Experience using booking systems and basic computer tools.

What we offer

• Total monthly earning potential of AED 3,500–7,000+ (base salary up to AED 3,000 plus uncapped commission).
• Full professional training on wellness sessions and studio operations.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with six working days per week and one day off.
• Employment and visa arrangements in accordance with UAE regulations.
