XSOAR Specialist

About the role

The XSOAR Specialist will lead technical and strategic initiatives to enhance our cyber defense services. You will work closely with pre‑sales, sales, and delivery teams to design, implement and optimise security automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical thought leadership and optimise security processes and systems.
• Support pre‑sales, sales and business development activities for cyber‑defence services.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable security solutions.
• Drive service transition, ensuring smooth hand‑over of customers and infrastructure to operations.
• Detect, mitigate, contain and respond to security incidents using integrated SOAR platforms.
• Create, optimise and document processes, procedures, workflows and report on SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
• Manage incidents, problems, risks and compliance activities, including 24/7 on‑call duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR (Demisto).
• Strong knowledge of cyber threats, threat actors, TTPs and mitigation strategies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent.
• ITIL accreditation or comparable experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate security professionals and work with sales teams.

Required skills

• PAN Cortex XSOAR platform expertise.
• Scripting and integration using Python, Go, Kusto/KQL and PowerShell.
• Experience with SIEM, Next‑Generation Firewalls, Cyber Threat Intelligence feeds and Web Application Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Office 365, service‑management tools and security orchestration interfaces.
