Yacht Charter Manager – Hospitality & Events

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yacht Charter Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The role covers everything from initial client enquiries to flawless event execution, and suits someone with a background in hospitality, events or nightlife management who wants to work in the luxury yachting industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of yacht charters, including client communication, booking confirmations, itinerary planning and menu selection.
• Oversee the preparation and provisioning of the yacht, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort and luxury.
• Supervise the yacht crew, making sure they are professional, attentive and follow guest requests.
• Manage onboard events, parties and gatherings, coordinating with vendors.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, prioritising guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, finances and operational details.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with potential clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, events management, nightlife management or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, able to work independently and handle several tasks at once.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
• A passion for the yachting industry and luxury lifestyle (a plus); experience in Dubai (a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of F&B operations and menu planning (a plus)
• Working knowledge of yacht safety regulations and procedures (a plus)
