Yard Operations Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Yard Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the Jebel Ali yard, ensuring efficient facility management, high standards of quality and safety, and alignment with company policies and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the yard operations team, ensuring compliance with QC and HSE standards while optimizing resource allocation.
• Manage steel fabrication activities, coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain yard facilities, buildings and equipment, and control inventory through ERP systems.
• Develop and enforce procedures to guarantee consistency, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the operations team, handling recruitment, performance reviews and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in yard or industrial operations management.
• Proven expertise in steel fabrication processes and management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
