Zoho Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that streamline business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and Analytics.
• Create and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation rules, and automation.
• Build complex workflows, approval processes, assignment and escalation rules, and implement Blueprint automation.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party services using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Manage data migration, imports, exports, and synchronization, and produce advanced reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Zoho development experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Deluge scripting.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services, and third‑party integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL concepts.
