3D Designer (UI/UX) – Live Events & Experiential Design

About the role

We are looking for a talented 3D Designer with UI/UX expertise to support the creative and technical development of live events, experiential environments, exhibitions, brand activations and temporary installations in Dubai. You will translate briefs and concepts into visually compelling, technically feasible, production‑ready designs that enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original 3D concepts and spatial designs for events, brand experiences, exhibitions, conferences and product launches.
• Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines and client requirements into functional event environments, including stages, stands, activation zones, VIP and hospitality areas.
• Create high‑quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs and presentation‑ready visuals.
• Produce accurate floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections and other technical drawings required for production.
• Ensure designs are practical, buildable and suitable for the venue, audience and event format, considering movement, accessibility, sightlines and overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with creative, production and event teams and perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, 3D Design or a related discipline.
• Proven professional experience as a 3D Designer, Event Designer, Architect, Spatial Designer or Exhibition Designer.
• Hands‑on experience designing for live events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences or festivals.
• Current residence in the UAE and a professional portfolio showcasing relevant 3D event designs, renders and technical drawings.
