3rd Party Developer Hub Manager

About the role

Lead third‑party development within ADNOC Distribution’s Mobility Hub strategy, acting as the single point of contact for external developers and investors. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through handover, ensuring commercial, technical and contractual requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify third‑party development opportunities aligned with hub typologies and investment criteria.
• Prepare commercial models, heads of terms and term‑sheet options, coordinating with Finance, Legal and Business Development.
• Lead the end‑to‑end contract process, including RFI/RFP support, negotiations, and management of contractual obligations and risk registers.
• Align site layout, utilities and design standards with Engineering, Operations, HSE and Property Services, and secure authority approvals.
• Run stage‑based governance cadences to monitor business case, risk, schedule and operational readiness.
• Facilitate technical reviews, manage variations and ensure readiness criteria for construction start are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing third‑party development or real‑estate projects within a corporate environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to structure deals and balance risk and value creation.
• Excellent coordination skills across finance, legal, engineering and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and governance processes.
• Understanding of mobility hub or similar large‑scale infrastructure projects.
