A320 Captain – Fly for Etihad in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking experienced Airbus A320 Captains to join its growing fleet in Abu Dhabi. As a Captain you will be the ultimate authority for the safe, secure and efficient operation of each flight, leading both the flight deck and cabin crew.

Key responsibilities

• Exercise full command of the aircraft from taxi‑out to engine shutdown.
• Lead and coordinate the flight and cabin crew, applying strong decision‑making and crew‑resource‑management.
• Maintain safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo and aircraft at all times.
• Operate in line with Etihad’s fuel‑efficiency and sustainability policies.
• Deliver consistent on‑time performance to meet reliability targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5,500 total flight hours, including command experience.
• Current Airbus A320 type rating.
• Demonstrated leadership and professionalism in a multi‑crew environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and adapt to a multicultural environment.
