A320 Captain – Relocate to Abu Dhabi

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced A320 Captain to join its growing fleet in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will relocate to the UAE and become a key member of the flight‑deck team, ensuring safe and efficient operations on a high‑frequency schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the flight crew as Captain on A320 aircraft, overseeing all phases of flight.
• Prepare flight plans, conduct navigation checks, and monitor aircraft performance.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness of position, terrain, and weather.
• Communicate clearly with the First Officer and cabin crew to support decision‑making.
• Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation and ensure compliance with Etihad procedures and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current A320 type‑rating with Captain experience.
• Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command on A320.
• Strong knowledge of international aviation regulations and Etihad operating procedures.
• Willingness to relocate with family and adapt to a multicultural environment.
