Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with all phases of flight, from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight procedures.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of aircraft position, terrain and weather to ensure safe navigation.
• Communicate clearly with the Captain and crew to support efficient decision‑making.
• Adhere to Etihad’s operating procedures and all regulatory standards.
• Uphold professional conduct, appearance and discipline at all times.

Required profile

• Valid A320 type rating and current ATPL (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours, with recent experience on commercial jet aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of airline operating procedures and aviation regulations.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and adapt to a multicultural environment.
