Academic Services Manager

About the role

The Manager – Academic Services leads the planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of academic services across the student lifecycle, from admission through graduation. This role ensures high‑quality, timely, student‑focused services while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Academic Services strategy and annual operational plan in line with institutional goals.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation of Academic Services through process standardisation, digitalisation and adoption of best practices.
• Analyse student, academic and operational data to identify trends, risks and service gaps, providing evidence‑based recommendations to senior management.
• Develop policies, procedures, service standards and governance frameworks to enhance quality, consistency and compliance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of academic services including admission, registration, records, scheduling, examinations and graduation.
• Monitor the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and completeness of student and academic records.
• Track operational performance against KPIs, resolve service issues and manage operational risks.
