Account Executive & Account Manager – SaaS (Dubai)

About the role

The C‑Suite & Co. is expanding its commercial team in Dubai to support a global SaaS business operating in more than 40 countries. We are hiring both Account Executives focused on new‑business acquisition and Account Managers dedicated to growing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new SaaS opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings, product demos and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts.
• Drive revenue targets and meet quarterly sales goals.
• Oversee a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS, software or technology sales.
• Background as an Account Executive, Account Manager or Business Development professional.
• Strong consultative, solution‑based selling approach.
• Ability to engage senior business stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
