Account Executive – ADGM Focus

About the role

Laine is building an AI‑driven platform that powers every stage of the legal workflow—from contract drafting to dispute resolution. As an Account Executive focused on the ADGM region, you will lead the commercial expansion of this platform across UAE law firms and in‑house legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of business comprising UAE law firms and corporate legal departments, prospecting and nurturing high‑potential accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, contracting, onboarding, growth, and renewals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
• Build strong relationships with managing partners, general counsels, and heads of legal to understand pain points and align Laine’s AI solutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the platform’s value.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to stay updated on new features and customize solutions.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable sales playbook by documenting best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions, preferably in SaaS or legal‑tech environments.
• Consultative, solutions‑oriented sales approach with strong negotiation skills.
• Minimum three years of relevant sales experience (approximately 36 months).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with senior legal stakeholders.
