Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join ARIS in Dubai. The role acts as a strategic advisor to customers and prospects, using consultative, value‑based and outcome‑focused selling while engaging C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by leveraging sales expertise and process‑consulting background.
• Develop deep knowledge of ARIS’s Business Process Automation, Process Mining and GRC solutions.
• Identify, engage and qualify potential clients, presenting tailored value propositions.
• Apply methodologies such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Porter’s Value Chain and Business Model Canvas to shape solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their BPM, risk & compliance and enterprise architecture needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, BPM tools, ERP, low‑code, ITSM/CMDB, iPaaS, API management and analytics.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing and report activities to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of successful SaaS or consultancy sales experience, preferably in process consulting or enterprise software.
• Proven “new‑business hunter” track record.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
