Account Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

COLAB PK is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Client Success Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing services. The role is remote‑based with a preference for candidates located in or willing to work from Dubai, and involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to achieve high satisfaction.
• Understand client objectives and coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, social media, content and other teams to deliver campaigns.
• Oversee client communication, set expectations, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings, provide performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor account performance, identify upselling opportunities and drive account growth.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate account records, action items and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management or client success experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to handle 20+ accounts simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, able to coordinate projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work from Dubai or remotely.
