Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Account Manager will represent CNS, a technology solutions provider, in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role focuses on protecting CNS interests, forecasting and securing new projects, and achieving annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
• Develop consultative relationships with C‑level contacts and understand client business needs.
• Identify market trends, monitor competitors, and position CNS products strategically.
• Sell the full CNS portfolio, including servers, storage, networking, security, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, support, and managed services.
• Prepare and manage a sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting.
• Negotiate and close projects that generate profitable revenue for CNS.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the CNS domain or similar technology solutions environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and manage a regional portfolio.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, especially Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
