Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Account Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, handling all day‑to‑day communications.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships by understanding client business objectives and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with internal creative, digital, content, media, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, status reports, and client presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations based on results and insights.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for additional marketing services.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing processes.
• Resolve client issues quickly while maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify account growth opportunities.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
