Account Manager – NEOBiz Business Banking

About the role

The Account Manager for NEOBiz Business Banking will be responsible for driving revenue and maintaining high‑quality relationships with corporate clients in the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for newly opened accounts and ensure a superior customer experience across all banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned financial KPIs and revenue targets, including FX, trade finance, guarantees, insurance and investment sales.
• Introduce and onboard new NEOBiz platform accounts, ensuring proper VRM assignment.
• Maintain and grow funding levels for each portfolio account.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries, complaints and procedural issues promptly.
• Conduct conference calls with product advisors for high‑potential clients.
• Ensure timely KYC updates, compliance with AML and regulatory requirements, and liaise with risk and governance units.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports, client visit logs and credit assessments.
• Collaborate with branches, SME teams and compliance to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate or business banking with a focus on NEOBiz or digital platforms.
• Good understanding of FX markets, trade finance, insurance, investments and working‑capital products.
• Ability to work under standard banking SOPs and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for telephone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
