Account Manager NEOBiz Business Banking

About the role

The Account Manager for NEOBiz Business Banking will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring delivery of financial KPIs and superior customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for newly opened accounts and drive revenue across multiple banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned financial KPIs, including FX, trade, guarantees, insurance and investment revenue.
• Introduce VRM services to new NEOBiz accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Ensure timely KYC updates, compliance with AML and regulatory requirements, and proper governance documentation.
• Resolve client queries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments to meet turnaround targets.
• Conduct conference calls with product advisors for high‑potential clients and provide market feedback.
• Monitor portfolio quality through regular client visits, call reports, and credit checks.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably with finance, banking or mathematics background.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business banking as a Relationship Manager or VRM.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer focus.
• Ability to work closely with branches, SME teams, compliance and other governance units.
