Accountant – Employee Expenses

About the role

Join Dubai Airports' Corporate Services team as an Accountant focused on employee expenses. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, supporting payroll, claims and benefit processes that keep the airport operating smoothly 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse monthly payroll changes, recalculate entitlements and prepare payroll payment records and invoices.
• Review employee claims, end‑of‑service benefits, temporary staff payments, education claims and allowances in line with policy.
• Reconcile payroll‑generated reports with GPSSA billing records, DEWS schedules and other statutory or third‑party benefit payments.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries on payroll, claims and expenses, coordinating with HR, Finance, Business Units and external parties.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Accounting (or related field).
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience and 1 to 5 years of overall experience.
• Knowledge of employee payroll expenses, claims, EOS, pension and account reconciliation.
• Ability to identify non‑compliance and ensure accurate accounting.
