Accountant / Finance Executive – Dubai

About the role

A leading e‑commerce company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support financial performance. The role involves overseeing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month‑end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure data integrity.
• Support financial operations while adhering to internal controls and accounting standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience in e‑commerce finance is preferred.
