About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to oversee daily financial, insurance and administrative functions for our aesthetic institute and medical centre in Dubai. The role combines bookkeeping, VAT filing, insurance claim coordination and support for payroll and budgeting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, invoices, receipts and purchase entries.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable, follow up on pending payments and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, financial summaries and VAT reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Process payroll, salary calculations and incentive schemes.
- Handle insurance approvals, claim submissions, eligibility verification and reconciliation of insurance payments.
- Maintain student fee records, supplier payment schedules and organise financial documents.
- Update accounting software, generate regular reports and work with CRM/billing systems such as Zoho, Tally and Excel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting and insurance coordination experience in the UAE.
- Strong analytical, numerical and organizational abilities.
- Professional, trustworthy and able to manage multiple responsibilities accurately.
