Accountant – Food & Beverage

About the role

Knot Bakehouse is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Food & Beverage sector to join its Dubai team. The role will support daily financial operations, inventory accounting, and month‑end reporting for bakery and restaurant activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Use the SUPY platform to track food supply costs, stock movements, and vendor payables.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cost analyses, and assist with balance‑sheet closing.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor statement matching, and petty‑cash audits.
• Collaborate with store managers and kitchen teams to monitor inventory variances and control food waste costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven accounting experience in the UAE Food & Beverage industry.
• UAE‑based candidate available for immediate joining.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with the SUPY inventory and procurement system.
• Strong command of MS Excel (advanced functions).
• Experience with standard accounting software.
