Accountant – Food & Beverage Trading

About the role

Infinity Hub Food & Beverages Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the day‑to‑day financial operations of its food‑and‑beverage trading business in Al Ras, Dubai. The role involves comprehensive bookkeeping, invoicing, bank and vendor reconciliations, and ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, post daily accounting entries and perform month‑end closing.
• Process customer invoices, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and audit vendor statements.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow and verify financial records.
• Prepare UAE VAT calculations, keep tax documentation and file quarterly VAT returns.
• Produce monthly balance sheets, income statements and concise financial summaries for management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in the UAE, preferably in the food‑and‑beverage or trading sector.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Strong bookkeeping, reconciliation and tax‑compliance capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and cloud‑based accounting platforms.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
