Client Service Associate – Emiratisation (Banking)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑centric banking professional to join our RAK Elite team and support a portfolio of affluent customers by delivering exceptional service, managing day‑to‑day banking requirements, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key support partner to Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and efficient resolution of service requests.
• Manage customer portfolios, handle service requests, and deliver a superior customer experience for high‑value clients.
• Promote digital banking adoption and assist customers throughout onboarding journeys.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Insurance, Investment, and Operations teams to address customer needs and drive product penetration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, preferably in First Line of Defense, Risk, Operations, or Controls.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Experience conducting Risk & Control Self‑Assessments, control reviews, and incident management.
• Analytical ability to monitor trends, prepare dashboards, and present risk insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
