Accountant – Full-cycle Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to take full ownership of day‑to‑day finance operations in our growing manufacturing and design business. You will manage bookkeeping, cost accounting and VAT compliance while supporting month‑end reporting and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank/supplier reconciliations.
• Handle cost accounting and inventory management for manufacturing operations, covering job costing, inventory valuation and COGS tracking.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and ensure ongoing compliance with the Federal Tax Authority.
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting and budgeting, working closely with senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready financial records in QuickBooks.

Required profile

• Proven accounting experience within a UAE‑based company with knowledge of FTA/VAT requirements.
• ACC​A, CPA, CA or equivalent qualification (part‑qualified candidates with strong relevant experience are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to own an end‑to‑end finance function.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks.
