Accountant – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

The Accountant will join Al Rais Investment’s finance team in Dubai, handling the full spectrum of financial record‑keeping and reporting for a diversified commercial group. This full‑time, on‑site position supports month‑end and year‑end closures, tax compliance and strategic budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
• Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in general trading accounting within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree with a finance certification.
• Proven ability in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and account reconciliation.
• Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of UAE taxation laws and compliance.
• Analytical, organized and problem‑solving mindset.
