Accountant – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant to join our Dubai restaurant team. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and support payroll and inventory accounting.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in a hospitality or retail environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
