Accountant – Multidisciplinary Premium Clinic

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join the administrative team of a fast‑growing, premium healthcare clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in the ERP system (1C: FirstBit preferred)
• Process supplier invoices, classify accounts, and manage cost centers
• Perform regular reconciliations with suppliers and counterparties
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements
• Record and reconcile all bank transactions and cash movements
• Manage fixed‑asset capitalization and depreciation
• Post additional income entries such as commissions and referral income
• Prepare and submit VAT reports in line with UAE regulations
• Support VAT refund documentation and corporate tax compliance
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations; corporate tax knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Immediate availability is advantageous
