Accountant & PRO / Driver

About the role

Second Season, a newly launched fashion consultancy and garment studio in Dubai, is seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage day‑to‑day accounting, PRO (government) tasks, and company errands. This hands‑on, multi‑role position requires wearing several hats in a small, growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily books in Zoho Books, recording invoices, expenses, payments and receipts.
• Assist with VAT records, payment follow‑ups and monthly reporting.
• Process employment visas, medicals, Emirates IDs and labour cards through Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA and MOHRE.
• Handle trade licence renewals and other government documentation.
• Drive for company errands such as bank runs, deliveries and supplier pickups.
• General office administration including filing, document management and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Degree or diploma in accounting/commerce with hands‑on bookkeeping experience.
• PRO experience in the UAE with knowledge of visa processing and government portals.
• Strong Excel skills and fluent English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Trustworthy, punctual and able to work independently.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 4,500–6,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Employment visa and health insurance.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Location: Oud Metha, Dubai.
