Accountant – Real Estate Experience

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in its Dubai office. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Monitor company income, expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and employee expense claims.
• Track real estate commission payments and maintain accurate records of agent commissions.
• Assist in payroll‑related financial information and coordinate with HR.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT return preparation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial service providers as needed.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of real‑estate accounting experience, preferably in property brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
