Accountant – Seer Bani Yas (Immediate Start)

About the role

The school in Seer Bani Yas is looking for an experienced Accountant to join the finance team immediately. You will handle all finance‑related activities, supporting the Principal, school staff and headquarters finance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for tuition, exams, trips and other fees accurately and on time.
• Call parents daily to follow up on payments and issue receipts for bank reconciliation.
• Manage petty‑cash transactions in line with company policies and delegation of authority.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable ledger and ensure revenue recognition before month‑end closing.
• Support the Principal in building and adjusting the school budget.
• Coordinate with HQ finance for annual budgeting, strategic planning and monthly closing activities.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and ad‑hoc analyses as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance function, or a professional qualification with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and budgeting processes.
