Accounting & Operations Specialist Vice President

About the role

You will support the Accounting and Operations team in Abu Dhabi, ensuring accurate financial record‑keeping, efficient transaction processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with financial reporting and audits, and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and local regulatory reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Ensure error‑free processing of remittances, loans, deposits, trade finance and treasury operations.
• Help implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or banking operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
