Accounting Supervisor

About the role
Almarai is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee the Management Accounts function for its Sharjah plant. The role ensures accurate monthly financial accounts and provides timely management information to support plant performance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts for the plant.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with corporate standards.
- Analyse variances and provide insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with other finance functions to support overall financial control.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Required profile
- Qualified or partially qualified accountant (ICWA, CIMA, CA, CPA preferred).
- Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of management accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

- ERP experience
