Accounting & Tax Executive – Dubai

About the role

Takween Business Advisory is seeking an Accounting & Tax Executive to join its Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role is ideal for professionals with solid accounting operations and tax compliance experience who can support the firm’s advisory services and maintain accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage accounting and tax operations, ensuring systematic processes and efficiency.
• Maintain the general ledger by recording transactions, classifying accounts and preserving accurate balances.
• Process financial transactions, invoices and payments with precision.
• Oversee accounts receivable, issuing invoices, recording payments and tracking collections.
• Handle accounts payable, reviewing supplier invoices, supporting payment cycles and maintaining vendor records.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare required documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting and tax compliance within a professional services or business advisory environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, general ledger management and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
