Accounts Payable Receivable Associate

About the role

Join Hitachi Energy’s finance team in Dubai as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate. You will help ensure the smooth flow of financial operations by handling vendor invoices, customer billing, reconciliations and supporting month‑end activities in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately, verify supporting documents and prepare payments.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, track payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations, data entry and support month‑end closing.
• Assist with audits, financial reporting and ad‑hoc accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and P2P/O2C processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
