Accounts Receivable Executive (Hotel Finance)

About the role

Seven Seas Hotel L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join its finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing the City Ledger, billing, and reconciliation using IDS Hotel Software.

Key responsibilities

• Manage City Ledger and customer accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
• Handle billing, invoices, and statements, preparing and issuing them to guests and corporate clients.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, contacting guests and agencies to secure timely collection.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable balances.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, and other departments to resolve billing issues.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel accounts receivable or City Ledger functions.
• Practical, hands‑on experience with IDS Hotel Software; candidates without this knowledge will not be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication and follow‑up skills to interact with internal teams and guests.
• Prior experience in UAE hotel environment is preferred.
