About the role
Arabian Hospitality Group is hosting an open‑day recruitment event in Dubai to hire kitchen and multi‑skill staff for immediate deployment across its hotels and restaurants. Candidates meeting the experience criteria are invited to attend the walk‑in interview and join a growing hospitality team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in restaurant and hotel areas.
- Serve guests as host, waiter/waitress or barista.
- Prepare and cook Arabic and Italian dishes, including manakesh, BBQ and fish.
- Maintain equipment as an AC technician and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Previous work experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
- Familiarity with Arabic and Italian cuisine.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
