Adjunct Faculty – Applied Media (Temporary)

About the role

The Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Applied Media courses on a temporary basis. This position supports second‑language learners in a student‑centric environment, encouraging respect for diverse cultures and traditions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective instruction for undergraduate Applied Media subjects, including capstone projects and senior‑level specialized courses.
• Maintain a teaching load of up to nine credits per semester, scheduled Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑8:00 PM.
• Participate in academic and extracurricular events, community outreach, and applied research activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with relevant professional certification, or a Bachelor’s degree plus extensive industry experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Ability to teach second‑language learners and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
