About the role
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Dubai office. The role involves handling a variety of clerical tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Support day‑to‑day office operations.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Exposure to the real‑estate or property‑management industry.
- Basic understanding of property documentation, Ejari, and contract renewal processes.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
