Admissions Manager – Summer School Programmes

About the role

Summer Academy is seeking a driven Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment for its premium summer school programmes across the Middle East and Africa. Based in JLT, Dubai, you will be the public face of the brand, building relationships with schools, consultants and corporate partners to generate enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students, meeting monthly and annual enrolment targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with private schools, education consultants and corporate partners.
• Deliver presentations, school visits and parent information evenings to promote summer programmes.
• Represent Summer Academy at regional education fairs.
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, following up to maximise conversion.
• Provide ongoing support to partner schools throughout the student journey.
• Prepare regular market‑intelligence reports on trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, education sales or related fields.
• Based in the UAE with the right to work locally.
• Strong commercial mindset and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM and communication tools (e.g., email, WhatsApp).
