About the role
The Affiliate Tech Support role supports the affiliate marketing team by managing email campaigns, troubleshooting web assets, and ensuring accurate conversion tracking. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to keep affiliate operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage email campaigns for affiliate partners.
- Identify and fix HTML/CSS issues in creative templates.
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking pixels.
- Collaborate with other teams to verify charges and reconcile data.
- Design and produce ad creatives using the Canva application.
Required profile
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Highly detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong data‑entry and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset.
Required skills
- Knowledge of PHP, HTML, SQL and CSS.
- Python proficiency is a plus.
- Experience using Canva for ad creation.
