After-Market Service Intern

About the role

Kickstart your supply chain career with a hands‑on internship supporting spare‑parts planning and logistics operations across Europe, the Middle East and India. You will work with Hilti’s After‑Market Services team, gaining practical experience in materials planning, inventory management and process improvement while assisting Tool Service Centers in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support spare‑parts planning and inventory management activities.
• Analyze stock levels and service‑level data to identify trends.
• Assist in process‑improvement initiatives and project implementation.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across After‑Market Services operations.
• Contribute to logistics and materials‑management projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Valid UAE family visa or Golden Visa.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
