Head of Procurement & Logistics (Russian-speaking)

About the role

We are an international trading company supplying mining and construction machinery, engines and spare parts to CIS customers. The Head of Procurement & Logistics will rebuild the procurement function, own the end‑to‑end process from price request to delivery, and lead a remote sourcing manager.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers of machinery, engines and parts, manage RFQs and calculate landed costs.
• Issue purchase orders, negotiate terms, control lead times and handle payment requests.
• Coordinate sea, road and air freight from UAE, China and Europe to ports and rail stations in Russia and the CIS, including consolidation and free‑zone warehousing.
• Maintain order database, weekly shipping reports and finance documentation; migrate records to Bitrix24.
• Assign tasks to the sourcing manager, verify quotes and report weekly status to the General Manager.
• Lead development projects for new suppliers, routes and product lines.

Required profile

• 5+ years in procurement and/or logistics of industrial equipment or spare parts, with at least 2 years leading a function or team.
• Native or fluent Russian and professional working English.
• UAE residency.
