Aftersales Systems Support (MIS) Supervisor

About the role

The Aftersales Systems Support (MIS) Supervisor ensures that all service bookings, parts invoices and workshop job cards run smoothly across the Aftersales network. Based in Dubai and reporting to the National Aftersales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for branch teams when system issues arise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line systems support for all service teams, resolving queries within 48 hours and critical blockers on the same day.
• Partner with Aftersales, Finance and IT colleagues to investigate, document and close issues within agreed timelines.
• Create, maintain and upload pre‑delivery inspection packages and retail service packages for new vehicle models, ensuring 100 % pricing accuracy.
• Set up and manage dealer‑installed accessory packages across required models.
• Support end‑to‑end campaign rollouts, handling package uploads and system monitoring throughout the campaign.
• Upload service advisor shift patterns and technician schedules to enable seamless appointment booking and time‑clocking.
• Maintain master data in backend system tables to keep integrations stable and reporting accurate.
• Review existing processes and propose improvements that simplify front‑line operations.
