Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

The Agile Delivery Manager will lead and motivate Scrum teams to deliver high‑value outcomes for Emirates. Working in a fast‑paced, multi‑business environment, you will blend traditional project management with Agile practices to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning, reviews and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring the right people, processes and tools are in place.
• Combine PMI‑ACP principles with Agile methods to provide the appropriate balance of agility and predictability.
• Foster a safe, servant‑leadership environment where teams can raise issues without fear.
• Lead Integrated Programme Planning, translating Epic roadmaps into feature backlogs ready for team execution.
• Maintain quality standards, enforce the Definition of Done and manage the Agile toolset (e.g., JIRA, ScrumDesk).
• Remove impediments, hold teams accountable for commitments, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Manager and IT Service Manager to align business expectations, backlog transparency and schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Scrum or Release Train teams in an Agile or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of PI planning, Lean Startup and PMI‑ACP principles.
• Servant‑leadership mindset with the ability to build trust and encourage open communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business units and manage high‑visibility initiatives.
